Embodiment Construction

[0015] The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention. It should be noted that the embodiments described here are only some of the embodiments of the present invention, not the present invention. All implementations, the embodiments are only exemplary.

[0016] refer to figure 1 , a swiss rectifier based on zero-current soft switching, including a rectifier bridge composed of 6 diodes, an input filter circuit, a harmonic injection circuit composed of 6 diodes and 6 IGBTs, and two zero-current switching PWM converters The soft switching unit is characterized in that its basic circuit is a three-phase Buck type PFC rectifier circuit. Wherein the filter circuit is an LC type filter circuit, and its capacitor common terminal is grounded; the rectifier bridge and the harmonic injection circuit together constitute the selectio...

Abstract

The invention relates to the field of power electronics, in particular to a switch rectifier taking zero current conversion as a soft switch. The rectifier comprises a three-phase uncontrollable rectifier bridge, an upper DC-DC Buck chopper, a lower DC-DC Buck chopper, an active third harmonic current injection network, two fast turn-off switching tubes (T+ and T) and two zero-current switching PWM converter units. A three-phase alternating-current input power supply of the rectifier is taken from symmetrical three-phase power of a power grid, passes through the filter and then is connected with the three-phase uncontrollable rectifier bridge. The invention relates to a novel three-phase DCDC rectifier which is unidirectional and step-down and has a power factor correction function. Compared with a traditional rectifier, the rectifier has the advantages of unit power factor operation, small switching loss, low input current harmonic rate, full-voltage adjustability and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of power electronics, in particular to a novel three-phase voltage rectifier using zero-current conversion as a soft switch. Background technique [0002] With the rapid development of industrial technology, people have higher and higher requirements for the quality of electric energy used. In today's energy crisis, power electronic devices featuring high efficiency, energy saving, high-quality and reasonable use of electric energy have achieved unprecedented development. The use of power electronic equipment has become so extensive that it has become indispensable no matter for a small family or a large country. However, excessive use also brings new problems, namely harmonic problems. With the seriousness of the harmonic problem, its impact on the power grid is also more serious. Therefore, in order to reduce the loss of electric energy, it becomes urgent to reduce the harmonics. [0003] Therefore, it is extreme...
