The rail-mounted transportation device applied to the wind power station comprises a tower drum and a tower frame arranged at the top of the tower drum, wherein a wind generating set is arranged on the tower frame; a rail mechanism is arranged in the center of the tower drum; a wind power guide mechanismis arranged on the tower drum and connected with an energy storage mechanism; the rail mechanism comprises a rail and a crawling ladder; a transportation base is connected with a steel cable; the steel cable is connected with the energy storage mechanism; the wind power guide mechanism is connected with a speed reducer through a wind turbine; the energy storage mechanism raises a counter weight toimprove the gravitational potential energy of the counter weight, and the counter weight descends to convey maintenance personnel as required; a first electromagnetic clutch is connected between a speed reduction output shaft and a first roller; and a second electromagnetic clutch is connected between the output shaft and a second roller. By means of the arrangement, energy can be stored throughwind power, vertical transportation of the maintenance personnel and maintenance tools is completed from top to bottom, the advantage of high work efficiency is realized, and meanwhile, the safety ofthe maintenance personnel can be guaranteed in the transportation process.
