According to the method, the gain of an additional damper can be dynamically adjusted, additional damping control is reasonably utilized at different stages of system disturbance, suppression is enhanced as much as possible at the initial stage of disturbance, and oscillation caused by unreasonable gain is avoided at the final stage of disturbance; and the method is simple, convenient and easy to implement.
