The device comprises a transmission rack assembly, a conveying assembly, a servo lifting and transferring assembly, a lifting and supporting assembly, a power assembly, a detection assembly and a taking and placing assembly, wherein the transmission rack assembly bears the servo lifting and transferring assembly, the lifting and supporting assembly and the taking assembly. In order to provide a guiding and transmission reference to a moving part, the servo lifting and transferring assembly provides the material taking assembly with lifting power and guidance, so that the material taking and placing assembly takes and places materials layer by layer on a four-layered sheet storage vehicle of a solidification cabinet. The lifting and supporting assembly supports the material taking assembly, the power assembly is connected with the conveying assembly, and the detection assembly is connected with the power assembly to detect position information of a glass product on the conveying assembly.
