Abstract

The invention discloses a data management method and system. The data management method comprises the following steps of: a creation step: creating unstructured field information and a rule of the field information; an identification step: traversing the field information through an entity identification model, obtaining structured field information corresponding to the field information, screening the structured field information through the rule, and identifying the structured field information conforming to the rule; and a storage step: storing the field information, the structured field information conforming to the rule and maintenance case text data. According to the data management method and system provided by the invention, the original unstructured maintenance case data is converted into the structured data through a data management scheme of performing entity recognition through an algorithm and screening the results on the basis of the rule, so that the conversion efficiency of converting the unstructured maintenance case data into the structured data can be remarkably improved; and the manual processing cost can be obviously reduced.
