The water stirring crystallization equipment comprises a base and a crystallization box, wherein the crystallization box is fixedly connected with the top of the base, a feeding port is formed in the top of the crystallization box, a crystallization bed is fixedly connected to the upper portion in the crystallization box, a stirring assembly is arranged on the lower portion of the crystallization bed, a temperature control assembly is arranged on the left side of the top wall in the crystallization box, a fan is arranged on the left side of the top of the base and connected with the crystallization box through a first air pipe, an electric heating pipe is arranged on the left side in the crystallization box, the right side of the crystallization box is connected with a condensation box through a second air pipe, and a condensation pipe is installed in the condensation box and connected with the fan through a third air pipe. According to the invention, polyester chip crystals on a crystallization bed are stirred through a stirring assembly so as to prevent surface adhesion of polyester chips and condensation of water vapor in a condensation box, dried hot air reaches a fan through a third air pipe to achieve cyclic utilization of energy, and the temperature in the crystallization box is controlled through a temperature control assembly to ensure the crystallization temperature and improve the polyester chip quality.
