Abstract

The invention provides zinc smelting equipment and a zinc smelting process. The zinc smelting process comprises the following steps that (A) a zinc raw material, a fuel, a reducing agent and a flux are added into a side-blown melting furnace for oxidizing smelting so as to obtain molten high-zinc slag and melting furnace flue gas; (B) the molten high-zinc slag and the reducing agent are added into a fuming furnace for fuming volatilization so as to obtain liquid iron slag and fuming furnace flue gas; (C) the reducing agent, the flux and the liquid iron slag are added into an electric furnace for deep dilution so as to obtain pig iron, depleted slag and electric furnace flue gas; and (D) smoke dust in the fuming furnace flue gas is collected so as to obtain fuming furnace smoke dust, the fuming furnace smoke dust is leached so as to obtain zinc leaching liquid and leaching residues, wherein the step (C) and the step (D) do not have a sequence. Therefore, the zinc smelting process disclosed by the embodiment of the invention has the advantages of high metal element recovery rate, multiple metal element recovery types, capability of recovering a large amount of zinc elements and the like.
