The system comprises an asphalt supply module, a ground water supply module, a high-pressure water supply module, a multi-pipe foaming module, a diesel oil cleaning module, a gas supply module, a drainage module and an electrical control module. During foaming, the high-pressure water supply module provides high-pressure water for the multi-pipe foaming module, the asphalt supply module provides asphalt with certain pressure and temperature for the foaming module, the electrical control module collects an asphalt weight signal of the asphalt supply module, the asphalt with certain pressure and temperature and the high-pressure water are foamed in a foaming cavity, and the diesel oil cleaning module and the gas supply module can clean the cavity after production is finished. Different asphalt adding proportions can be matched with asphalt mixing plants according to models of different asphalt mixing plants, the number of foaming pipes is automatically selected, and different formula requirements are met; the system has a sampling function, and meets the experiment requirement for changing the production formula of a customer; and a large circulation pressure buildup pipeline can effectively solve the problem that the asphalt foaming effect is affected due to slow pressure buildup or insufficient water pressure input into the foaming cavity during foaming.
