The anti-return feeding device comprises a bottom box, wherein a feeding box is arranged at the top of the bottom box; a No. 2 ventilation rod is rotationally connected to the interior of the feeding box; a rotating mechanism is arranged on one side of the feeding box, and connected with the No. 2 ventilation rod; a filtering mechanism is arranged at the top of the bottom box; the filtering mechanism is connected with the rotating mechanism; and a feeding mechanism is arranged in the bottom box.
