The VOCs treatment equipment comprises: a VOCs adsorption and desorption unit, wherein the VOCs adsorption and desorption unit is provided with a to-be-treated gas inlet and a VOCs outlet, and the VOCs adsorption and desorption unit is arranged to be capable of adsorbing VOCs in to-be-treated gas and desorbing the adsorbed VOCs; a VOCs recovery unit provided with a VOCs inlet and a VOCs outlet, wherein the VOCs inlet is communicated with the VOCs outlet of the VOCs adsorption and desorption unit, and the VOCs recovery unit is arranged to be capable of recovering heavy hydrocarbon components in the VOCs; and a VOCs decomposition unit provided with a VOCs inlet, wherein the VOCs inlet of the VOCs decomposition unit is communicated with the VOCs outlet of the VOCs recovery unit, and the VOCs decomposition unit is arranged to be capable of decomposing light hydrocarbon components in VOCs.
