Problems solved by technology

However, the dyeing temperature of cotton is generally 90-100 °C, which consumes a lot of energy.
At the same time, it needs to be washed many times after dyeing, and the dyeing wastewater is difficult to degrade
Although the Chinese invention patent 201110240401.0 discloses a cotton dyeing process, the dyeing process is complicated and different amounts of NaOH need to be added in different time periods
Since NaOH is a strong alkali, the pH value of the dye solution during the dyeing process is 12-14, and there are certain safety hazards in a large amount of use in factories.
And the pH value of dyeing wastewater is too high, which increases the difficulty of sewage treatment
Although Chinese invention patent 202010077119.4 discloses a one-bath dyeing process of cotton fabric enzyme dyeing, it needs to use various enzymes such as alkaline pectin lyase, neutral cellulase, enriched endonuclease and laccase to prepare composite biological dyes. Enzyme treatment solution, dyeing cost is too high

Embodiment 1

[0024] Dissolve 0.03g of tea polyphenols with a purity of 98% and 0.02g of carboxymethyl chitosan with a degree of substitution of 0.8 in 25mL of deionized water and adjust the pH of the solution to 5 with sodium hydroxide, and heat the solution to 55°C , add 0.20g laccase (produced by Aspergillus species, enzyme activity is 0.1U / mg) and stir evenly, then add 1g bleached cotton woven fabric (area density 175.4g / m 2 ), reaction 4h. After the reaction, the tea polyphenol-dyed cotton was washed in warm water at 55°C for 5 minutes, and then in water at 19°C for 5 minutes. Finally, dry at 95°C for 15 minutes.

Embodiment 2

[0026] Dissolve 0.05g of carmine and 0.02g of carboxymethyl chitosan with a degree of substitution of 0.8 in 25mL of deionized water and adjust the pH of the solution to 5.5 with sodium hydroxide. After the solution is heated to 60°C, add 0.20g of laccase (produced from the strain of Tracysus vermilion, the enzyme activity is 0.1U / mg) and stir evenly, then add 1g of bleached cotton woven fabric (area density 175.4g / m 2 ), reaction 4h. After the reaction, the tea polyphenol-dyed cotton was washed in warm water at 55°C for 5 minutes, and then in water at 19°C for 5 minutes. Finally, dry at 95°C for 15 minutes.

Embodiment 3

[0028] Dissolve 0.05g of tartrazine and 0.02g of carboxymethyl chitosan with a substitution degree of 0.7 in 25mL of deionized water and adjust the pH of the solution to 6 with sodium hydroxide. After the solution is heated to 50°C, add 0.20g of laccase (produced from the genus Aspergillus, the enzyme activity is 10U / mg) and stir well, then add 1g of bleached cotton woven fabric (area density 175.4g / m 2 ), reaction 4h. After the reaction, the tea polyphenol-dyed cotton was washed in warm water at 55°C for 5 minutes, and then in water at 19°C for 5 minutes. Finally, dry at 95°C for 15 minutes.

Abstract

The invention provides a method for dyeing cotton at low temperature by using edible pigment. The method comprises the following steps of dissolving the edible pigment and carboxymethyl chitosan in deionized water, adjusting the pH value of a solution to 5-6 by using sodium hydroxide, heating the solution to 50-60 DEG C, adding laccase, and uniformly stirring to obtain a cotton dyeing solution with the dyeing bath ratio of (30: 1)-(10: 1); and adding cotton, reacting for 4-5 hours, washing and drying the cotton, and thus obtaining the edible pigment enzymatic dyed cotton. Compared with a traditional dyeing process, the method has the advantages that the use of chemical auxiliaries is reduced, environment-friendly auxiliaries are used, the cost is reduced, the dyeing temperature is 50-60 DEG C, and the energy loss is greatly reduced. The edible pigment used in the invention is natural edible pigment, such as tea polyphenol extracted from tea leaves, or synthetic edible pigment, such as carmine, brilliant blue and lemon yellow. The used edible pigment is green, safe, harmless, energy-saving and environment-friendly.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of textile dyeing, in particular to a method for dyeing cotton with food coloring at low temperature. Background technique [0002] Cotton fiber is a natural cellulose fiber with a large output in my country. Because of its good hygroscopicity, air permeability, warmth retention, dyeability, and low price, it is widely used in clothing, decoration, and industrial fields. In daily life, it is often used as underwear, baby clothes, spring and autumn outerwear fabrics, summer fabrics, etc. Therefore, it is of great significance to dye cotton. [0003] Cotton is generally dyed with direct dyes, reactive dyes and vat dyes. In recent years, green and environmentally friendly dyes and auxiliaries have been favored, and the research on natural dyes has become a hot spot. However, the cotton dyeing temperature is generally 90-100 °C, which consumes a lot of energy. At the same time, it needs to be washed many times after dy...
