Specifically, animal experiments find that when the tenuigenin is singly used or combined with hydroxysafflor yellow A, the movement distance and the number of times of passing through a central area in an MCAO rat open field experiment can be remarkably increased, the proportion of rapid movement time is increased, the proportion of rest time is reduced, the time of entering a dark box in an MCAO rat passive avoidance experiment is increased, and the specific value of P-JAK2/JAK2 and P-STAT3/STAT3 of the brain tissue of the MCAO rat and the expression of SOCS3 are improved.
