The embodiment of the invention provides a data processing method and device based on a distributed shared memory system, the distributed shared memory system is provided with a plurality of hosts, the method comprises the steps of presetting a public memory pool, the public memory pool is obtained by combining public memory spaces of the hosts in the distributed shared memory system, each host supports a fast computing link protocol; receiving a first access request of a first host for a first memory address in the public memory pool, wherein the first access request is an access request of a memory protocol based on a fast computing link; converting the first access request into a second access request, wherein the second access request is an access request of a cache protocol based on a fast computing link; and according to a preset address mapping table, mapping the first memory address to a second memory address in the second host so as to access the second memory address according to the second access request, thereby realizing the distributed shared memory system for quickly calculating the link protocol.
