According to the system, sunlight is automatically and stably guided into the light path switching device through the sun tracking device, and meanwhile real-time azimuth and time information is provided. The infrared light absorbed by the gas part enters the light path switching device by using the gas infrared absorption device. The light path switching device is used for realizing automatic switching of a light path between the sun tracking device and the gas infrared absorption device, dividing an emergent light path into a near-infrared light path and a mid-infrared light path, and sending the near-infrared light path and the mid-infrared light path to the infrared spectrum measurement and control device for measuring a near-infrared spectrum and a mid-infrared spectrum of gas; and meanwhile, a computer is used for controlling the whole set of system and carrying out inversion on spectral data to obtain the volume concentration and the column concentration of the gas.
