The preparation method of the finishing agent comprises the following steps: adding 70% of deionized water into hydroxyethyl cellulose, conducting stirring for 30-60 minutes, conducting full dissolving, adding an antiseptic bactericide, and uniformly conducting stirring; sequentially adding silica sol, a water repellent agent and a wetting agent, uniformly conducting stirring, and adding a pH regulator to adjust the pH value; then sequentially adding the finishing emulsion and the hardening agent, and uniformly conducting stirring; and finally, integrally conducting stirring for 20 minutes.
