A molten salt section with a specific function is additionally arranged, so that the functions of uniform chlorine gas flow distribution and preheating, molten salt purification, heat preservation, storage and controllable discharge are achieved; the problem of availability of raw materials suitable for titanium resource characteristics (high calcium, magnesium and titanium slag) in China is solved; adverse effects on continuous and stable production caused by retention and accumulation of high-boiling-point chlorides at the lower part of the boiling section are avoided, and continuous and stable production of titanium tetrachloride prepared from the high-calcium-magnesium high-titanium slag is realized; thermodynamic and dynamic conditions for chlorination reaction of unreacted furnace charge falling into the bottom (the upper surface of a heating carrier) of a boiling bed are enhanced, and the utilization rate of raw materials is increased; and the quality of the high-boiling-point chlorine salt is improved, so that the high-boiling-point chlorine salt becomes a valuable material.
