The invention discloses application of DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) or derivatives thereof in preparation of coronavirus inhibitors, and belongs to the field of medical preparations. The invention also discloses a coronavirus inhibitor, the coronavirus inhibitor comprises DHA or a derivative thereof and an antibody for resisting the coronavirus, and the coronavirus can be a beta coronavirus, such as SARS-CoV-2.
