Abstract

The invention discloses an online liquidity detection and control system for lyosol products. The online liquidity detection and control system comprises an industrial personal computer and a liquidity detection module, the flowability detection module is used for sampling and detecting the first flowing-out part of the product; the industrial control computer is used for immediately correcting process parameters of each device in the production process according to a detection result of the fluidity detection module, controlling a valve of a production pipeline, and transferring unqualified products before the correction moment to a waste tank; the fluidity detection module comprises a turntable, a liquid pipe and a liquid level sensor; when the turntable rotates, the liquid in the liquid pipe is centrifuged. And the speed information is obtained by calculating the time difference of the liquid between the two sensors. The speed information is compared with an empirical value. In a production line, specific numerical value indexes reflecting the fluidity do not need to be known, and only the speed information of qualified products under the same condition is used. For different types of products, corresponding empirical values are adopted for comparison. Through the detection and control system, the number of unqualified products can be controlled within a very small range.
