Abstract

The invention discloses a semiconductor refrigeration device for flame soot particle collection. The semiconductor refrigeration device comprises a semiconductor refrigeration sheet, a wing plate type radiator, a phase change heat dissipation structure, a sunflower radiator, a lower shell and a thermal column structure. The heat dissipation area of the semiconductor refrigeration device is increased through the wing plate type radiator, and heat is further dissipated through the phase change heat dissipation structure and the heat column structure. According to the semiconductor refrigeration device, the semiconductor refrigeration sheet, phase change structure heat dissipation and heat column structure heat dissipation are combined, and efficient heat dissipation of the semiconductor refrigeration device is achieved by combining the advantages that the semiconductor refrigeration sheet is high in refrigeration capacity and the phase change material has great latent heat of phase change and the like.
