Abstract

The invention discloses a granulating process of a cheese seasoning. The granulating process comprises the following steps: adding raw materials required for preparing the cheese seasoning into a mixing device for heating and stirring; the stirred raw materials are made into particles, the particles are put into a drying device to be dried, in the drying process, the temperature in the drying device is controlled to be kept within a preset temperature range through a control part, and the drying time is controlled to be within a preset time range; and screening the dried particles through a screening device to obtain a cheese seasoning finished product. The raw materials are mixed through heating and stirring, the heating temperature is controlled to enable the raw materials to conform to the subsequent particle making state, particle making is facilitated, then the particles are dried at the optimal drying temperature and drying time, the drying process is strictly controlled through the control part, and the drying efficiency is improved.
