Abstract

The invention discloses an MEMS safety system based on shape memory alloy. The MEMS safety system is mainly composed of a shape memory alloy pin puller, an explosion-proof sliding block, a recoil safety mechanism, a locking mechanism and the like. The recoil safety mechanism is used for achieving first safety of the explosion-proof sliding block, the shape memory alloy pin puller is used for achieving second safety of the explosion-proof sliding block, centrifugal force is used for pushing the explosion-proof sliding block to move in place, and the locking mechanism locks the position of the explosion-proof sliding block to complete the safety unlocking action. The invention aims to solve the technical problems of safety and reliability of a small-caliber ammunition fuse safety system in a high dynamic environment and meet the military requirements of microminiaturization, generalization and high reliability of small-caliber ammunition fuses. The invention has the following advantages: (1) the structure size is small; (2) the effect is reliable; (3) the manufacturing cost is low; and (4) the application range is wide.
