The invention also provides an application of the preparation for detecting the SNP site in preparation of a product for detecting the mengbuy-like blood type. The gene polymorphism site is obtained by detecting and screening, an effective way for diagnosing the Bengal-like blood type gene is provided, and the application effect shows that the gene polymorphism site and the detection primer provided by the invention can be effectively used for rapidly detecting the Bengal-like blood type gene for blood donors and clinical patients.
