Embodiment 1
[0024] Get 600 grams of 40% (weight) of silica sol, add 1224 grams of water, 60 grams of sodium metaaluminate [Al 2 o 3 , 42% (weight)] and 20 grams of sodium hydroxide, after that, add 200 grams of hexamethyleneimine (HMI). The above mixture was aged at 40°C for 2 days, then raised to 142°C for crystallization, and crystallized for 80 hours. Rinse with distilled water until neutral, and dry. X-ray powder diffraction showed (XRD) that the synthesized product was MCM-49. Wherein the reaction mixture is in molar ratio: SiO 2 / Al 2 o 3 16.19, OH - / SiO 2 0.25, H 2 O / SiO 2 22.0, HMI / SiO 2 is 0.50. The obtained MCM-49 molecular sieve silicon aluminum molar ratio SiO 2 / Al 2 o 3 is 16.05, and the crystallinity of MCM-49 molecular sieve is 99.2%.
