Embodiment 1

The extract was decompressed, concentrated at a temperature of 45°C, recovered ethanol, dried, and weighed. Add methanol to dissolve, stir into the polyamide column, and then use 4 times column volume of water and 4 times column volume of 90% ethanol to elute respectively, and collect the latter part of the eluate. The collected eluate was concentrated under reduced pressure at a temperature of 30° C., and dried under reduced pressure to obtain brazilianin. Measured by high performance liquid chromatography, the brazilian hematoxylin content is about 80%.
