The preparation process of the high-purity NMN based on the enzyme method ensures the productivity of the nicotinamide mononucleotide, improves the purity of the product, and can make the nicotinamide mononucleotide more obvious in the effect of relieving and improving the injury of ischemic heart and brain tissues.
