Abstract

The invention relates to a water mist fire extinguishing addictive. It characterizes in that 3.0%-6.0%(by weight) fluorine surfactant, 67.45%-80.25%(by weight) water, 0.25%-0.5%(by weight) triethanal amine ,4.0%-6.5%(by weight) urea, 1.0%-1.5%(by weight) sodium lactate, 1.5%-3.0%(by weight) alkylphenol polyoxyethylene are added to 10.0% to 15.0%(by weight) N-N-dimethylformamide, then PH of which be regulated between 7.5 to 8.5 by acetic acid or sodium hydroxide after it dissolved completely. Filtering the solution to get the concentrated solution of the water mist fire extinguishing addictive of the present invention. Water should be added to dilute the solution to lower the fluorine surfactant content down to 0.2% to 0.8% in use.

Description

Technical field: [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of fine water mist fire extinguishing, and in particular relates to the composition and preparation method of fine water mist additives. Background technique: [0002] TECHNICALSUPPORT FOR THE STUDY OF DROPLET INTERACTIONS WITH HOTSURFACES, 2000.6.12, see http: / / www.bfrl.nist.gov / 866 / NGP / publications / 2B3 Final Report.pdf ), according to the physical and chemical properties of additives, water mist additives are roughly divided into two categories: [0003] The first category is inorganic salt additives, which mainly contain the following formulations (mass percentage): [0004] (1), 24% LiCl and 76% H 2 o [0005] (2), 5% LiCl; 26% CaCl 2 ;69%H 2 o [0006] (3), 10% Ca(NO 3 ) 2 ; 27% CaCl 2 ;63%H 2 o [0007] (4), 5% FeCl 3 , 29% CaCl 2 , 66%H 2 o [0008] Although such additives can effectively improve the fire extinguishing efficiency of fine water mist, since the inorganic metal salts in t...
