Abstract

The invention discloses a method to extract chimonin by using mango leaves, almond leave or other plants contained chimonin as material, extracting with menstruum of water or low-carbon alcohols, condensing, separating to purify with pole chromatography, crystallizing and drying; wherein, the extract method comprises heating extract, ultrasonic extract, or microwave extract.
