Problems solved by technology

The detection distance of the photoelectric proximity sensor is relatively long, but its detection range is narrow, and the particles in the air will affect its detection accuracy
Ultrasonic sensors use ultrasonic echolocation to detect objects approaching, and the detection range and detection distance are large; however, the sensor still needs two probes, one for transmitting and one for receiving, and the secondary echo between the probe and the surface of the object will seriously affect the sensing precision

Embodiment Construction

[0014] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

[0015] Such as figure 1 As shown, the proximity sensor of the present invention mainly includes a multivibrator 1 and a metal probe 2 , and one end of any capacitor of the multivibrator 1 is led out by a conductive wire 3 and connected to the metal probe 2 . The multivibrator 1 outputs an oscillation frequency signal to the outside. When the object 4 approaches the metal probe 2, the output oscillation frequency signal of the multivibrator 1 changes; by detecting this frequency change, the approach, displacement, position, and force of the object are determined. , traffic, etc.

[0016] Such as figure 2 Shown is a specific implementation circuit of the proximity sensor of the present invention. Multivibrator 1 consists of two inverters I 1 , I 2 and two bias resistors R 1 , R 2 Plus two charge and discharge capacitors C 1 、C 2 Composi...

Abstract

The invention discloses a proximity transducer that includes multivibrator and probe. One end of any capacitance of the multivibrator connects to metal probe. When powering on, the multivibrator would charge or discharge capacitance to generate low frequency vibration. The altering current would radiate low frequency electromagnetic wave. Any object closing the probe would adsorb the electromagnetic wave that could influence the quantity of electric charge of the probe to generate micro alteration of vibration frequency to testing the material, volume and shape parameter. The invention has little pollution to the environment and the probe area could be designed in random shape. When probe connects or gets close to metal or conductive object, the probing range would be extended.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a sensor for measuring the proximity of an object through a low-frequency electromagnetic field, and belongs to the technical field of electronic sensors. Background technique [0002] Proximity sensors used to measure the proximity of objects or the characteristics of displacement, position, force, flow, etc. of objects play an important role in modern industry, medical treatment and ordinary life. Its applications include automation, robotics, semiconductors, washing machines, automobiles, smart security, biomedicine, tissue engineering, and many others. The more common proximity sensors are in different forms such as inductive, capacitive, photoelectric and ultrasonic. The inductive sensor generates a magnetic field by a coil with a sine wave. When a metal object approaches the magnetic field, the magnetic flux passing through the coil changes, so that the magnetic resistance on the coil changes. By detecting this magnetic ...
