The combination is characterized in that it comprises raw materials with their proportion as follows: polypropylene 40- 70%, flame retardant 10- 40%, toughening agent 5- 20%, compatibilizer 1- 10%, and oxidation resistant agent 0.1- 1%. The method is characterized in that it comprises following steps: employsing one- step process, measuring raw material according to proportion by weight and mixing them in high speed mixing machine; discharging; and putting mixted raw material into screw compressor for granulation. The invention is characterized by employment of halgeon- free flame retardant, which is not harm to environment and human health, and the flame retardant grade reaches to VO class of UL94 standard.
