A mobile office system comprises a platform server, a notification server, a web terminal and mobile data terminals. The web terminal is connected with the platform server through a network, a manager controls the platform server to work through the web terminal, an infrastructure module is arranged in the platform server and bears multiple application units, the platform server is connected with the notification server, each mobile data terminal is connected with the platform server and the notification server through a wireless network, and the platform server pushes messages to the mobile data terminals through the notification server. After users receive the messages, the platform server is connected through the wireless network, corresponding operations are completed on the platform server, and accordingly an integrally-closed office procedure architecture is constructed. Different staffs correspond to different work executing nodes, and users of different nodes timely feed back corresponding work through the mobile data terminal, and accordingly office efficiency can be improved, work progress is quickened, and unnecessary operation waste is omitted.
