A leg brace for preventing pressure injuries

This utility model provides a leg brace for preventing pressure injuries, relating to the field of nursing equipment technology. It includes a transverse bidirectional drive seat, a longitudinal drive seat, a leg support frame, a limiting and blocking component, a first strip-shaped airbag, a second strip-shaped airbag, and a strip-shaped roller massage component. The device is clamped and fixed to a hospital bed for use. The patient's legs are placed on the upper end of the leg support frame. The height of the leg support frame is adjusted by the longitudinal drive seat to regulate the support height of the legs. When the legs are supported, the upper end of the strip-shaped square bar can be moved left and right to relieve muscle fatigue caused by maintaining one position for a long time. The first and second strip-shaped airbags are both inflatable airbags, supporting the legs to ensure comfort. When leg muscles are fatigued, the patient can move to the strip-shaped roller massage component for faster muscle relief, achieving long-term leg support and keeping the heels suspended.

A kind of leg strap rod strain force sensor and lower limb rehabilitation interactive real-time detection system

A strain sensor for a leg brace and a real-time interactive detection system for lower limb rehabilitation are disclosed. The sensor includes a leg brace body and strain gauges mounted on the leg brace body. A double-hole, narrow-beam stress concentration structure is provided at the point of maximum torque near the exoskeleton drive end of the leg brace body. The strain gauges are mounted on the stress concentration structure. The stress concentration structure is designed based on finite element mechanical simulation and is used to concentrate stress and facilitate strain detection. This system, through a self-developed strain gauge leg brace-type human-machine interactive force sensor structure, combined with multi-level noise reduction filtering and high-precision force calculation algorithms, achieves real-time, accurate, and stable detection of human-machine interactive forces during lower limb rehabilitation training. This provides reliable data support for intelligent closed-loop control, active / passive mode switching, and quantitative evaluation of rehabilitation effects of lower limb rehabilitation robots, reducing equipment costs and improving clinical adaptability and widespread adoption.

An adjustable immobilization brace

The present invention provides an adjustable fixing brace comprising a lower leg, a thigh, a hip joint brace, and knee and hip adjustment parts. The second serration on the side surface of the knee joint adjustment part engages with the first serration of the first connecting part of the lower leg brace. The lower first fixing part has a groove, and the upper second fixing part has a third serration. The lower end of the third fixing part extends into the groove within the third opening in the middle to push and rotate. The upper end of the locking block of the first pushing part of the limiting component within the second opening engages with the third serration. A retaining ring in the middle is connected to the second pushing part via a first spring, and a second spring is fitted on the lower part. The retaining ring compresses the second spring for adjustment. In the hip joint adjustment part, the thigh brace connecting part has a buckle, the fourth fixing part of the hip brace connects to a support column, and the upper rotating part is fitted onto the support column. One end of the upper rotating part has a fourth serration. The fifth serration on the upper surface of the lower rotating part engages with the fourth serration and can rotate around the support column. A third spring between the fourth fixing part and the upper rotating part lifts the upper rotating part. The upper part of the support column is fitted with the adjustment part and fixed to the first screw hole of the support column by screws.
