The invention provides a pentoxazone-and-ipfencarbazone-containing synergistic weedicidal composition. The pentoxazone-and-ipfencarbazone-containing synergistic weedicidal composition is characterized by comprising an active component A and an active component B, and further comprising an auxiliary agent which can be used in pesticide preparation processing, wherein A comprises pentoxazone and ipfencarbazone, and B is one or a combination of several of oxadiargyl, penoxsulam, cyhalofop-butyl, bispyribac-sodium, oxyfluorfen, halosulfuron-methyl, pyribenzoxim, halosulfuron-methyl, oxaziclomefone, pyriftalid, cyclosulfamuron, metazosulfuron, propyrisulfuron, cafenstrole, imazosulfuron and ethoxysulfuron. The pentoxazone-and-ipfencarbazone-containing synergistic weedicidal composition is prepared into a conventional pesticide preparation, and is applied to control over unwanted plants.
