The invention relates to a water-based prefabricated rubber
runway and a preparation process thereof, and belongs to the field of synthetic material preparation. The water-based prefabricated rubber
runway is provided against the problem that in the prior art, a water-based
polymer cannot be used as a
raw material for obtaining the low-
toxicity rubber
runway. The water-based prefabricated rubber runway comprises a wear-resistant layer and an elastic layer, and the wear-resistant layer is prepared from, by weight, 5-10 parts of water-based
acrylic acid, 5-10 parts of waterborne
polyurethane, 75-88 parts of
solid raw materials, 2-5 parts of an inorganic color filler and 0.2-3 parts of an
accelerant; and the elastic layer is prepared from, by weight, 5-10 parts of the waterborne
polyurethane,5-10 parts of the water-based
acrylic acid, 80-90 parts of the
solid raw materials and 0.2-3 parts of the
accelerant, wherein the
solid raw materials comprise rubber
powder and rubber particles. Thepreparation process comprises the following steps: 1, material mixing; 2,
drying; 3, initial pressing; and 4, secondary pressurization. The problem in the prior art is solved in the invention.
