Problems solved by technology

However, because the product still contains a considerable amount of vegetable oil or fatty acid, and the crosslinking rate of soybean oil, linseed oil and other vegetable oil or fatty acid is relatively slow, so the crosslinking density of the film-forming material is low, and the temperature resistance is greatly reduced. Because it contains many molecules with small molecular weight, when the temperature is high, the small molecules will flow or volatilize, which will make the surface state of the coating deteriorate and the gloss of the coating will decrease

Abstract

The invention relates to a coating for vacuum deposition. It is made up of hydroxyl containing polybutadiene, polyisocyanate, sealer, and solvent. The hydroxyl containing polybutadiene is divided into two parts. The first part hydroxyl containing polybutadiene, NCO radical ralative OH radical, excess polyisocyanate are reacted to produce compound whose molecule chain is connected to NCO radical. Sealer is added to seal NCO radical. Finally the second part hydroxyl containing polybutadiene is added. The sealer can fully volatilize in roasting solidifying film process. The coating has good luster, hardness, adhesive force, and temperature resistance.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a paint for vacuum coating and a preparation method thereof, which can be used for coating the bottom surface of products such as glass fiber plastics and metals before vacuum coating, and is especially suitable for being used as a vacuum coating primer for headlights of automobiles and motorcycles. Background technique [0002] Most of the existing vacuum coating coatings use urethane oil or alkyd resin. They use soybean oil, linseed oil, pentaerythritol, trimethylolpropane, phthalic anhydride, toluene diisocyanate, etc. as the main raw materials. After alcoholysis, esterification, Urethane synthesis, adding drier, and oxidative polymerization to form a film. Once the temperature of this paint film exceeds 140°C after vacuum coating, it is easy to produce colorful, glossy or even peeling off of the paint film. After the headlights of automobiles and motorcycles are turned on, the temperature near them is often above 140°C. In ...
