The binder refers to one of or a combination of at least two components among amylum, caustic soda flake, bentonite, white putty waterglass, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC), phosphoaluminate cement and silicate cement. The thermo-insulating agent contains comparatively high carbonizing rice husk, and effectively bonds the carbonizing rice husk into granule shape while at the same time avoids the adoption of calcareousness and dolomite, so as to preserve insulation property of the thermo-insulating.
