specific Embodiment approach 1

[0019] Specific embodiment three: The micro-foamed polystyrene-based wood-plastic composite material of this embodiment is prepared according to the following method: 1. The lignocellulosic material is crushed into a powder with a particle size of 20 to 300 meshes, and the crushed wood is taken in parts by weight. 30-70 parts of fiber material, 2-8 parts of coupling agent, 1-8 parts of toughening agent, 0.5-3 parts of lubricant, heat mixing for 5-20 minutes at 70-120°C; Cool to 40-60°C, then add 70-120 parts of polystyrene plastic, 0.5-3 parts of foaming agent, 0.5-5 parts of foaming aid, 10-30 parts of flame retardant and 5-15 parts of smoke suppressant. 5-20 minutes; 3. Extrude the mixed material with an extruder to form a micro-foamed polystyrene-based wood-plastic composite material.

specific Embodiment approach 2

[0020] Embodiment 4: The difference between this embodiment and Embodiment 3 is that in step 1, the lignocellulosic material is pulverized into a powder with a particle size of 100-200 mesh. Other steps and parameters are the same as those in the third embodiment.

specific Embodiment approach 3

[0021] Specific embodiment five: the difference between this embodiment and specific embodiment three is: in step 1, take 40-60 parts of lignocellulosic materials that have been pulverized, 3-7 parts of coupling agent, and 2-7 parts of toughening agent. 1 to 2 parts of lubricant and hot mixed for 6 to 18 minutes at 90 to 100°C. Other steps and parameters are the same as those in the third embodiment.

Abstract

A micro-foaming polystyrene wood-plastic composite material and a preparation method thereof, which relates to a micro foaming wood-plastic composite material and the preparation method thereof. The present invention solves the problems of poor impact resistance and easy combustion of the current wood-plastic composite material. The present invention is made of wood fiber material, coupling agent, plasticizer, lubricant, polystyrene, foamer, assistant foamer, fire retardants and smoke suppressant according to a weight portion. The preparation method is as follows: first, hot mixing; secondly, cooling and mixing; thirdly, extruding and molding. Then the micro-foaming polystyrene wood-plastic composite material can be made. The micro-foaming polystyrene wood-plastic composite material of the present invention has the advantages of small density, good fire-resistant and smoke-suppression effects, and impact resistance.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a preparation method of a microfoamed wood-plastic composite material. Background technique [0002] Wood-plastic composite materials are wood fiber materials, such as wood, bran husks, rice husks, bamboo chips, hemp, straw, nut hard shells, etc., in the form of powder, fiber or shavings as reinforcements or fillers to thermoplastic materials. In plastics, a new type of composite material obtained by melting and compounding. [0003] In the existing technology for preparing wood-plastic micro-foamed composite materials, polyvinyl chloride resin is mainly used to prepare foamed wood-plastic composite materials. However, special technical measures need to be taken to deal with PVC composite materials after they are discarded, otherwise it will cause potential harm to the environment and increase the social cost of using PVC composite materials. On March 17, 2004, the patent "Wood Plastic Foam Material and Its Processing and Fo...
