Abstract
The invention relates to pearl anion viscose fiber and the manufacture method thereof, and belongs to the textile raw material and the production method industry field. The invention comprises raw materials with following weight percentage converted according to dry substances in the raw materials: 4-7 percent of pearl anion powder, 81.5-84.5 percent of cellulose fibers, and the rest 11.5-14.5 percent of moisture. Firstly, pearl anion pulp is prepared, and is provided with the weight proportion that pearl powder: anion powder: dispersant: softened water is equal to 15:15:0.5:69.5. The pearl powder, the anion powder, the dispersant and the softened water are added into a grinding machine according to the weight proportion to be ground into the pulp. The pulp is mixed evenly in spinning viscose solution before the spinning with a plunger metering pump, and a finished product is obtained through the wet spinning. The fiber takes the viscose fiber as a matrix, thus the fiber has good absorbent quality and air permeability, soft hand feeling and good drapability, the basic requirements of close-fitting clothing are met, and the fiber has the body care and the health care functions.
