The invention relates to a hydrogenation processing method of Fischer-Tropsch synthetic oil full cut and the Fischer-Tropsch synthetic oil full cut is subjected to two-step hydrogenation processing and then treated by separation; the tail oil acquired from separation undergoes hydrogen cracking and the products acquired by hydrotreatment and cracking enter a same separation system. Cetane value of diesel oil acquired from the separation is higher than 70, solidifying point is below 0 DEG C and content of sulfur and nitrogen is extremely low; therefore, the diesel oil acquired can produce 0 high-quality clean diesel oil and also can serve as high-quality harmonic component to promote the cetane value of diesel oil; meanwhile, naphtha acquired is high-quality raw material used for producing ethylene by steam cracking.
