Abstract

The invention relates to biocontrol bacterial strain B221 which can prevent the verticillum wilt of cottons, and the biocontrol bacterial strain B221 belongs to the technical field of the agricultural crop. The biocontrol bacterial strain B221 is identified as the chaetomium globosum. The preservation number of the strain is CGMCC NO.2493. The strain is shaken and cultured in PDA culture solution with 25 DEG C 200rpm for 7 days and is filtered through eight-layer of sterilization gauze to obtain the spore suspending liquid, the total concentration of the viable bacteria in the finished product is 10 <9> spores/ milliliters, therefore to obtain the biocontrol bacterial agent.
