The method provides the titanium alloy bone prosthesis which has high precision and meets the individual requirements for patients with defective bones of complex structures. The method comprises the following steps: constructing a curved surface of the defective bone prosthesis according to the DICOM format data of the CT or MR of the bone of the patient; designing a titanium plate forming mould according to the curved surface; then, inputting the data of the mould into a digital control machine tool; machining a stamping mould based on the design by the machine tool; and stamping and forming the titanium plate by the mould; moreover, three-dimension reconstructing the DICOM format data of the CT or MR of the bone of the patient, and inputting a reconstructed bone image to the digital control machine tool; and machining a bone prosthesis by the digital control machine tool, and matching and checking with the bone model of the patient, ensuring that the prosthesis is completely matched with a skull of the patient.
