Problems solved by technology

However, during the handling and construction of such cavity components, the structural bottom plate is prone to breakage, so the damage rate of the cavity components is high, and the handling and construction are inconvenient, which increases the construction cost.

Embodiment Construction

[0077] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and embodiments.

[0078] As shown in the accompanying drawings, the present invention includes a cavity formwork 1 and a structural bottom plate 2. The cavity formwork 1 and the structural bottom plate 2 are connected as a whole, and at least two or more cavity formworks 1 are arranged alternately on the structural bottom plate 2. The interphase cavity between the cavity formwork 1 and the structural bottom plate 2 constitute the inner rib cavity 3 of the cast-in-place structure. The cavity mold shells 1 are connected to each other, the cavity mold shells 1 are arranged longitudinally on the coaxial line, and the upper corner of the side surface of the inner rib mold cavity 3 close to the cavity mold shells 1 is provided with a joint to connect at least two cavity mold shells 1 into a whole. The full-length support piece 4, at least one steel bar or steel wire or steel s...

Abstract

The invention provides a cavity member for a hollow plate, which comprises cavity mould shells(1) and a structure base plate(2), wherein the cavity mould shells(1) and the structure base plate(2) are connected into a whole; the structure base plate(2) is provided with at least two cavity mould shells(1) arranged at intervals, and the cavities formed among the cavity mould shells(1) and the structure base plate(2) form a cast-in-situ structure inner rib mould cavity(3). The cavity member is characterized in that the inside of the inner rib mould cavity(3) is provided with at least one staying piece(4), the adjacent cavity mould shells(1) are mutually connected, and the cavity mould shells(1) are coaxially arranged along the longitudinal direction; the upper corner of the lateral surface of the inner rib mould cavity(3), which is close to the cavity mould shells(1), is provided with a through staying piece(4) by which at least two cavity mould shells(1) are connected into a whole; and the inside of the cavity mould shells(1) are provided with at least one reinforcement bar, steel wire or steel stranded wire (7) which penetrates the walls of the cavity mould shells(1) and the staying piece(4), and at least one lengthwise non-prestressed or prestressed reinforcement bar, steel wire or steel stranded wire (7) penetrates the staying piece(4). The cavity member also has the characteristics of simple structure, convenient manufacturing, low cost and the like, and is applied to hollow plates, hollow floor systems, roof systems, foundation base plates, walls and open-spandrel arch bridges in which reinforcement concrete or prestressed reinforcement concrete is cast in site, particularly hollow non-beam floor systems.

Description

[0001] This application is a divisional application of an invention patent application with a filing date of November 15, 2004, an application number of 200410094836.9, and a title of “A Cavity Member for Concrete Hollow Slabs”. (1) Technical field [0002] The present invention relates to a cavity member for a hollow plate. (2) Background technology [0003] At present, most of the buildings with brick-concrete structure and reinforced concrete structure use prefabricated hollow slabs as floor slabs. This floor slab has the advantages of fast construction speed and low cost. However, because there is no firm connection between two adjacent prefabricated hollow slabs, only cement mortar is used to fill the joints, so the integrity is poor, which is not conducive to earthquake resistance, and cracks and water seepage often occur in the gaps. In order to solve the above problems, many buildings adopt the method of cast-in-place concrete floor slabs (solid and hollow). Although...
