Abstract

The invention provides a method for extracting platycodon polysaccharides with pressurized hot water, which is characterized in that the method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing Platycodon grandiflorum powder and deionized water at a mass ratio of 1:(60-120), and soaking for 5-10 min to obtain a mixed solution; (2) adding the mixed solution to a pressurized hot water device with a preheated temperature of 120-160 DEG C, and adjusting the pressure of the device to 0.45-5.60 Mpa; (3) extracting at a stirring speed of 200-300rpm for 30-60 min, releasing pressure of the pressurized hot water device, and cooling to obtain an extractive solution containing platycodon polysaccharides; and (4) filtering the extractive solution, concentrating, and lyophilizing to obtain platycodon polysaccharides.
