An internally heated one-level turbine engine with one pump and an air supply system form a low grade fuel gas internally heated one-level turbine engine with one pump. The internally heated one-level turbine engine with one pump is composed of a turbine, a turbine shaft, a booster pump wheel and an expansion chamber shell; the lower end of the expansion chamber shell is provided with evenly distributed electric heating wire mesh combustion supporting equipment; a plurality of low grade fuel gas inlets and a plurality of routes of air control valves are evenly distributed in the expansion chamber shell and under the booster pump wheel. The beneficial effects of the invention include: harmful gases generated in the process of mining and refining by enterprises such as coal mines and oil fields and the like are converted into output power or electric energy with very low cost, thus not only eliminating pollution but also saving precious energy and enjoying extremely high economic value.
