Abstract

The invention discloses a fiberglass radome modified by PE micro powder, which reduces the DK value thereof, and improves the wave penetration performance of the products. The fiberglass radome modified by PE micro powder is prepared by the following raw materials in weight portion: 100 portions of unsaturated polyester, 3-15 portions of PE micro powder, 0.5-2 portions of mold release agent, 0.5-2 portions of curing agent and 0.5-2 portions of accelerator.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a glass fiber reinforced plastic radome and a preparation method thereof, in particular to a glass fiber reinforced plastic radome modified with PE fine powder and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] FRP radomes have been widely used in wireless and mobile communication base station antenna protective casings and other fields due to their good weather resistance, insulation, light weight, high strength, dimensional stability and high production efficiency. FRP radomes are generally extruded with unsaturated polyester as the main raw material and then adding fillers and related additives. Unsaturated polyester (abbreviation UP) mainly refers to diols and all or part of unsaturated dibasic acids. The resin obtained by condensation polymerization usually has good heat resistance, insulation, water resistance, chemical resistance, and aging resistance, and the reinforced resin has high mechanical properties....
