Abstract

The bromine-containing disinfectant improves the bioavailability of bromide, wherein the bromine-containing compound has the advantages of high dissolution velocity and strong effects of disinfection and sterilization. The bromine-containing disinfectant is used to prepare thimerosal at a concentration of 250 to 400 ppm to wash and disinfect beer production equipment and pipelines of a beer brewery, can completely kill various bacteria and meets the CRB microbiological standards.
