Abstract

The invention provides a bromine-containing disinfectant, which is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 20 to 60 percent of bromine-containing compounds, 30 to 50 percent of compound cosolvents, 0 to 25 percent of anhydrous sodium carbonate, and 0 to 25 percent of dimethylhydantoin. The bromine-containing disinfectant improves the bioavailability of bromide, wherein the bromine-containing compound has the advantages of high dissolution velocity and strong effects of disinfection and sterilization. The bromine-containing disinfectant is used to prepare thimerosal at a concentration of 250 to 400 ppm to wash and disinfect beer production equipment and pipelines of a beer brewery, can completely kill various bacteria and meets the CRB microbiological standards.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a disinfectant, in particular to a bromine-containing disinfectant. Background technique [0002] For a long time, chlorine-containing disinfectants have been widely used in the field of disinfectants. The sterilization and disinfection principle of chlorine-containing disinfectants is based on the biocidal effect of hypochlorous acid generated after chlorine-containing disinfectants undergo hydrolysis reactions in water. However, during the long-term use of chlorine-containing disinfectants, the following disadvantages were found: [0003] 1. The pH range of the effective killing of chlorine-containing disinfectants is very narrow, and the lowest dissociation reaction occurs at pH 7.0. When the pH value continues to rise, hypochlorous acid is easily dissociated into hypochlorous acid with extremely poor killing power ion. Because hypochlorite ions have a negative charge, when they are close to microorganisms, they are repell...
