Abstract

The invention discloses a compound emulsifier for animal feeds, which is prepared by the raw materials based on the parts by weight as follows: 20-25 parts of sugar esters (SE)-5, 40-60 parts of SE-13 and 20-30 parts of monoglyceride. The emulsifier of the invention has good emulsifying effect and low production cost; in addition, the raw materials are solid powder in the physical form, are free of toxicity and peculiar odors and are convenient to add. The emulsifier of the invention is added into the daily rations of animals for feeding and metabolism tests. In the broiler feeding test, the average daily gain of the broilers is increased by 7.0%, the feed to gain ratio is decreased by 4.44%, the utilization ratio of the crude fat is increased by 1.81% and the utilization ratio of the crude protein is increased by 5.8%. Compared with the feeds using compound agents of single emulsifiers in the prior art, the feeds in the invention enjoys that the production properties and the nutrient utilization ratios are improved to different degrees.
