Abstract

The invention relates to a detection method of pollutants on the surface of whole chicken rinses, belonging to the technical field of pollutant detection. Hyper-spectral images of the whole chicken rinses are collected at the key wave bands: 1070nm, 950nm, 870nm and 850nm, proportion treatment is carried out to the images, the produced proportion images display weather the pollutants exist or notafter being stretched. A multi-spectral imager and a detection model are arranged on a slaughter process, the whole chicken rinses which are detected with the pollutants re-enter in a washing link, and then the whole chicken rinses re-enter in a detection system. The detection results of the pollutants on the surface of whole chicken rinses, provided by the invention, utilizes a region of interest (ROI) to carry out matching, the detection ratio can reach more than 81.6602 percent, and the pollutants which are hard to see can be found, and an industrial application proposal of the detection system is provided. The detection method for the whole chicken rinses, applied to multiple spectrums, can reduce the working intensity of detection personnel, improves the detecting accuracy and is in accordance with HACCP scientific requirements.
