The power storage accumulator cell is charged by the solar module through the intelligent charge-discharge controller; the electric energy of the power storage accumulator cell is output to the inverter through the intelligent charge-discharge controller; the electric energy is inverted into alternating current to be output to the high and low temperature controller; and three gears of thehigh and low temperature controller are used for controlling the blanket with the heating device to work.
