The preparation method comprises the following steps of: preparing 73 materials of ginseng, atractylodes macrocephaia, poria, and the like into a stock solution; then adding 8 materials of ginseng, cortex encomia, astragalus root, and the like to water for decoction, wherein the 8 materials and the water are in a weight ratio of 1:25; decocting until the weight ratio of the raw materials to the water is 1:20 to obtain an auxiliary solution; proportioning the stock solution and the auxiliary solution in a weight part ratio of 1:4 and adding a proper amount of auxiliary materials; and mixing and standing for 6 months to obtain the healthy liquid.
