The average molecular weight of the allyl polyether is 400-1500, the feeding amount of the allyl polyether accounts for 50-92 percent of the total molecular weight of the raw materials; and the molar ratio of the sodium styrene sulfonate and the sodium alkyl sulfonate is 1:0.2-1:5. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing the aqueous solution of each raw material monomer, heating to 65-98 DEG C, adding an initiator ammonium persulfate solution, completing the dropping within 2-4 hours, maintaining the temperature for 1 hour, cooling until the temperature is below 40 DEG C, adding caustic soda liquid for neutralization, and taking out the product, thereby obtaining the plastic-reserving agent, a comb-shaped polymer with the poly-sulphoacid structure.
